TURBOTECH will be in charge between October to December of 2010 with overhaul of the main machines of BRASKEM in Camaçarí – Bahia - Brazil
Until the end of 2010 TURBOTECH will conclude the overhaul of steam turbines and compressors of olefin plant of BRASKEM in Camaçarí, and also compressors, extruders and other equipments of plants of low density polyethylene and linear polyethylene. These events are one of the biggest challenges in terms of technique, planning and logistics of maintenance of rotary equipments of the petrochemical complex of Bahia.
E-learning – a modern tool for trainning that is in progress at TURBOTECH
The day-by-day of organizations required the development of new visions and technologies for trainning of personnel. E-learning consists in creating a virtual environmental for training based on Internet access. Something that solves the difficulties to perform in class trainning.
Presently the company is running the system in a pilot phase for reviewing of general concepts and specialized knowledge of maintenance of large machines. This trainning will be focused at that first moment - for the mechanics, juniors technicians and engineers, and certainly will permit an important evolution of these professional, using a trainning tool compatible with daily routines of the company to attend the clients at whole Brazil and also outside of the country.
