Monitoring of industrial equipments

The Company developed and offers to the market TECHANALYSIS® - A system designed with the objective to provide to clients an efficient method of management of condition of equipments and/or to control process parameters. Data typically collected with manual spread sheets are transformed by TECHANALYSIS® in information to permit quickly analysis and management decision.

Data as vibration, temperature, pressure, amperage, flow, oil level, etc are acquired by portable measuring instruments or reading field instruments using data collectors. Data are transported from data collectors to a server using a computer terminal, radio transmission or code bars. Data are processed by TECHANALYSIS® and provided for asset managers at their computers screens.
TECHANALYSIS® allows at a low cost introducing an efficient system of monitoring, transforming collected data in management information, essentials to make decisions that involve failures of equipments, production losses and human and/or material  damages. The system allows Internet access providing additional flexibility to professionals involved frequently  with maintenance and operational decisions. Large companies can classify and compare the performance of several plants with this tool.

TECHANALYSIS® intends to fill with advantages (cost and benefits) the existing gap between data colleting with manual spread sheets and the On Line systems.

The installation of TECHANALYSIS® is totally supported by TURBOTECH and uses existing routines of inspection of equipments, not demanding additional labor force to run the system.

The installation of TECHANALYSIS® involves usually following steps:

• Data surveying and interview with maintenance and operation personnel
• Troubleshooting analysis of equipments
• Establishing of parameters to be monitored
• Establishing of limits to each monitoring parameter
• Routes of inspection

TECHANALYSIS® is applicable to any equipment or process. Any parameter can be monitored since pressures, temperatures and global vibrations till data acquired with four senses based on a scale – Good, regular, bad, etc.

Software tools and maintenance engineering are associated in a unique system. Information based on day-to-day field inspection provides:

• Presentation of all data in graphics
• Curves of tendency, for each monitoring parameter
• Performance calculation, power consumption, etc
• Formulas combining parameters
• Normal operational condition to each parameter by establishing of limits
• Troubleshooting for each parameter to provide a quick base to first analysis of deviations
• MTBR calculation
• View of more than one parameter at screen

TECHANALYSIS® provides also statistics as following:

• Failure per area, or per equipment
• Type of failure per area, or per equipment
• Statistics to each parameter – Average, greatest and minor registers, etc
• Index of attendance of routes of inspection
