TECHANALYSIS® - ASSET MANAGMENT SYSTEM |
techanalysis®
is a collector, register, follower and manager system for parameters of
industrial process, where the collected data are transformed in technical
information that interpret the condition and/or operational performance.
The
objective is to fulfill the wide gap between the manual acquisition routine
of these variables in "accompaniment sheets" (low cost and little
efficiency) and the continuous supervising systems, SDCD for example (little
flexibility and high cost).
The
system associates hardware and software facilities option for remote data
transmission and access via Internet (for example) to specific knowledge
of process and engineering equipment, setting up a powerful support system
to reach decisions for the maintenance, operation process by engineering
professionals, from different kind of industrial plants (petrochemical,
ironworks, petroleum, "off-shore", food, mining, paper and cellulose and
energy generation).
Data obtained with a portable collector (data collector) are managed using
several calculus resources, allowing for clients important technical information,
which are obtained with engineering calculus, like:
 |
Efficiency; |
 |
Consumed
Power; |
 |
Specific
Parameters obtained by specific formulation, determined by the usuary. |
Beyond
the technical information, the techanalysis® also offers resources
for the management and solution of operation and maintenance problems,
for example:
 |
Information
storage in data base; |
 |
Data
presentation in graphical form or in table charts; |
 |
Limits
Definition of normal operation and level of alert and danger, informing
to clients directly in the screen when each limit is reached, the
abnormalities
and deviation occurred, just after the data collecting; |
 |
Tendency
curve easily and instantaneously obtained for each monitored parameter;
|
 |
Information
for "troubleshooting"; |
 |
Operational
performance calculus, efficiency and consumed power of equipment,
in a real basis or by simulation. |
 |
Presentation of a checklist for eventual abnormalities, relating individually
action and countermeasure that can be taken with the equipment in
operation or only during Shut Down. In the second case, delay time
and resources are informed for each maintenance service demanded.
The service scheduling could be automatically transferred for a specific
database. |

The
vibration, temperature, pressure, flow, oil level, etc., are obtained
by Portable Measurement Instruments or by a measuring field instrument
and storeaged at a Data Collector. After that the Data are removed from
the Data Collector to the techanalysis® where they are
processed and storeaged at a Database. The Figure below presents the basic
structure of data acquisition by techanalysis®

techanalysis®
is applied to every kind of equipment or industrial process and to various
specialties (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and stationary
equipment) whenever the accompaniment is required from every important
parameter for equipment evaluation in terms of condition and performance.
These are examples of equipment:
 |
Centrifugal
and reciprocating compressors; |
 |
Centrifugal
Pumps; |
 |
Fans; |
 |
Reducers; |
 |
Heat
Exchangers; |
 |

 |
Pressure
Vessels. |
HIGH FLEXIBILITY
Performing
techanalysis® monitoring, every variable obtained by
instrument data inspection can be monitored. And, through simple adaptation,
it can be possible to receive data from other monitoring system, with
total flexibility.
For example, some parameters that could be monitored:
 |
Pressure; |
 |
Temperature; |
 |
Flow
rate; |
 |
Noise; |
 |
Vibration; |
 |
Amperage; |
 |
Vessels
and process towers wall thickness; |
 |
Fuel

 |
Parameters
obtained with SDCD systems, and others. |
One
specific module allows performing calculus through the combination of
the several variables that accompanies aspects related to the equipment's
performance, process accompaniment and other important item for the warrantee
of the industrial plant reliability.
PERMANENT
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
techanalysis®
installation, client personnel training and daily operation are supported
by Turbotech. The existing operational and maintenance routines could
be utilized and no extra maintenance and operation professionals are necessary
to perform routines, besides actual resources available in each plant.
